You will stay signed in for 30 days unless you log out or your administrator revokes your session.

First-time login from an invite email

When an administrator adds you, you receive an email titled “You’ve been invited to JingjaiOps”.

The link is valid for 7 days. After that, ask your administrator to resend the invite.
2

Set your password

Passwords must be at least 10 characters and include a number and a symbol.
3

Set up 2FA (recommended)

Scan the QR code with Google Authenticator, Authy, or 1Password. Save the recovery codes somewhere safe.

Forgot your password

On the login screen, click the Forgot password? link below the password field.
2

Check your email

A reset link arrives within a minute. The link is valid for 30 minutes.
3

Choose a new password that is at least 10 characters.
If the reset email does not arrive, check your spam folder and confirm you entered the email your administrator used. Email support@jingjaipost.com if it still does not arrive.

Two-factor authentication

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a second step to login. After your password, you enter a 6-digit code from an authenticator app on your phone.

Enabling 2FA

1

Open your profile

Click your avatar in the top right and choose Profile.
2

Click 'Set up 2FA'

A QR code appears.
3

Scan the QR code

Open Google Authenticator, Authy, or 1Password and scan.
4

Enter the 6-digit code

Type the code shown in your authenticator app to confirm.
5

Save recovery codes

Download or print the 10 recovery codes. Each can be used once if you lose your phone.
If you lose access to your authenticator and your recovery codes, an administrator must reset 2FA for you.
