JingjaiOps uses a left sidebar for primary navigation and a top bar for global actions. Once you learn the layout, every screen feels familiar.
The sidebar is your primary way to move around the app. Each icon opens a module.

| Dashboard | At-a-glance KPIs, today’s jobs, overdue invoices, and recent activity. |
| Customers | Customer profiles, contacts, health scores, and portal links. |
| Quotes | Draft, sent, accepted, and expired quotes. |
| Jobs | Active jobs by stage, plus closed and cancelled jobs. |
| Invoices | Invoices, payments, recurring billing, and receipts. |
| Inventory | Equipment, kits, categories, and CSV import. |
| Deposits | Security deposits held, returned, or pending. |
| Reports | Standard reports and the AI Ask Your Data tool. |
| Settings | Business settings, users, notifications, and categories. (Admin only.) |
Click the sidebar collapse button at the bottom to switch between full text and icon-only mode. Your preference is remembered per device.

Each option opens a slide-over form so you do not lose your place.
Search
Press ⌘ K on Mac or Ctrl K on Windows to open global search from any screen.
Search covers:
- Customers (name, email, phone, tax ID)
- Quotes and invoices (number, customer name)
- Jobs (job number, customer name, equipment scanned)
- Inventory (asset ID, barcode, name, serial number)
Results group by type. Press Enter to open the top result, or click any result to jump to it.

The language toggle is in the top bar, next to your avatar.

Version refresh banner
When we ship an update, a yellow banner appears at the top of the screen:
A new version of JingjaiOps is available. Refresh to update.
Click Refresh to load the new version. Unsaved data in open forms is preserved across the refresh.
